Why We Started
In 2023, during one of Toronto's coldest winters on record, TamaTherapy was born from a simple frustration. Our founder, Daniel Carter, realized that while there were countless options for home goods, few truly addressed the unique challenges of Canadian TAMA living.
Small apartments in converted Victorian houses, modern condos with floor-to-ceiling windows that leaked heat, and the constant battle against dry winter air - these weren't just his problems. They were shared by millions of Canadians living in cities from Vancouver to Halifax.
What started as a curated selection of heated blankets and air purifiers has grown into Canada's premier destination for TAMA home comfort. But our mission remains the same: to help every city dweller create a home that truly feels like a sanctuary.
